Not for the first time

I'm having second thoughts

In the days we used to shoplift

I was always getting caught

But we were penniless

And penitence was more than I could afford



For the last time:

You'll be fine

That was forever ago

And better left behind

At the strangest of times

It weighs on your mind



If we're not getting better

At least we're getting by

Not working's not working

So give something else a try
