Revansh Lyrics
[Tekst pjesme "Revansh"]
[Uvod: Jala Brat]
Baby, it’s Pablo
[Strofa 1: Buba Corelli]
Glava, pismo, nikad gori spoj
Nisam čisto razmišlj'o, samo sponzoris'o
Ubistvo, za svaki dodir tvoj
Tvoj body sam zamišlj'o u robi providnoj
Uuu, ona mi padne na um
Svaki put kad sam down
Osjećam se kao klaun
Jer sam zbog tebe na dnu
Ooo, vjeruj nije bauk
To što ganjala si clout
Ni tvoj body count
Opet deja vu
[Predrefren: Jala Brat]
Uuu, sve se trese, treba ti reset
Van je pun mjesec, a ti si deset od deset
[Refren: Buba Corelli]
Drama, gluma, inat, kad ti željna si trena
Nisi htjela ranije spas (Woah)
I džaba žudnja tinja, kad mi ne daš ni revanš
Što pitaš šta mi je kad znaš? (Woah, woah, woah)
Drama, gluma, inat, kad ti željna si trena
Nisi htjela ranije spas (Woah)
I džaba žudnja tinja, kad mi ne daš ni revanš
Što pitaš šta mi je kad znaš?
[Strofa 2: Jala Brat]
Nokti lak, body jak, napadan zodijak
Noći gadne bez nje, ja gladan k'o kodijak
Vatra, a opet led, hladna, a gori zrak
Usne slatke k'o med, a narav gorka k'o mrak
A s tol'ko aduta stane vrijeme oko nje
Ja ko da zalutam u probleme notorne
Skrene me sa puta na te usne otrovne
Al' bar je ganuta, kad joj kažu gotov je
[Predrefren: Jala Brat]
Uuu, sve se trese, treba ti reset
Van je pun mjesec, a ti si deset od deset
[Refren: Buba Corelli]
Drama, gluma, inat, kad ti željna si trena
Nisi htjela ranije spas (Woah)
I džaba žudnja tinja, kad mi ne daš ni revanš
Što pitaš šta mi je kad znaš? (Woah, woah, woah)
Drama, gluma, inat, kad ti željna si trena
Nisi htjela ranije spas (Woah)
I džaba žudnja tinja, kad mi ne daš ni revanš

Revansh
"Revansh" is a song about the frustration of wanting someone who will not give you a second chance. The track, by Bosnian rappers Jala Brat and Buba Corelli, appears on their album "Godzilla," released on 22 May 2026. The title translates to "Revenge" or "Rematch," and the song is built around the idea of wanting another shot at something that slipped away. The song opens with Buba Corelli's verse, which sets the tone for the rest of the track. "Glava, pismo, nikad gori spoj / Nisam ?isto razmi?lj'o, samo sponzoris'o / Ubistvo, za svaki dodir tvoj / Tvoj body sam zami?lj'o u robi providnoj." It is a song about obsession, about the way a person can get under your skin and stay there. The narrator admits that he has been brought low by this person, that he feels like a clown because of her. "Osje?am se kao klaun / Jer sam zbog tebe na dnu." The chorus is a mix of frustration and desire. "Drama, gluma, inat, kad ti ?eljna si trena / Nisi htjela raniji spas, woah / I d?aba ?udnja tinja kad mi ne da? ni revan? / ?to pita? ?ta mi je kad zna??" Drama, acting, spite, when you are hungry for attention. You did not want an earlier rescue, and it is useless that desire smoulders when you will not even give me a rematch. It is a song about the pain of being kept at arm's length by someone who knows exactly what they are doing. The second verse, delivered by Jala Brat, continues the theme. "Nokti lak, body jak, napadan zodijak / No? je gadna bez nje, ja gladan k'o kodijak / Vatra, a opet led, hladna, a gori zrak / Usne slatke k'o med, a narav gorka k'o mrak." Painted nails, strong body, aggressive zodiac sign. The night is bad without her, I am hungry like a codiac. Fire and yet ice, cold, but the air burns. Sweet lips like honey, but a nature bitter like darkness. It is a portrait of a woman who is both irresistible and dangerous, someone who draws you in and then pushes you away. For a reviewer, "Revansh" is a strong example of the modern Balkan trap sound. The production is polished, the performances are confident, and the song has a hook that stays with you. It is a song about the games people play in relationships, about the frustration of wanting someone who will not give you the time of day, and about the strange pleasure of that frustration. Jala Brat and Buba Corelli are at the top of their game, and "Revansh" is proof of why they remain so popular. |
