Trazim tebe ja u magli
samo kad bi se dotakli
i bicu sigurna
da stvarno sam okej

Samo tebe trazim u masi
samo tebe trazim u casi
kao da nikad te nije ni bilo
da li ti je krivo, da li ti je krivo

Ref.
Nisi vise ti moja ljubav stara
nisi vise ti, nisi vise ti
zali Boze kome godine sam dala
zali Boze moj, nisi ni ti svoj

Nisi vise ti moja ljubav stara
nisi vise ti, nisi vise ti
gledaj sada kako klubovima hara
ova napucana mala

Trazim tebe ja u sebi
mozda secanje ne bledi
i bicu sigurna
da iza mene je sve

A od tebe nema ni traga
a od tebe nema ni glasa
kao da nikad te nije ni bilo
da li ti je krivo, da li ti je krivo

Ljubav stara

“Ljubav stara” (“Old Love”) is a song about searching for someone who may no longer exist in the same form. The narrator looks through fog and crowds, hoping for a touch that would prove she is really okay. She looks for the lost lover in a glass and wonders whether he regrets what happened. These are not signs of recovery; they are attempts to recreate contact through resemblance, memory and drink.

The lyric’s most painful phrase is the idea of searching for someone “as if you had never existed.” The beloved is gone, but the singer cannot make absence feel real. That contradiction gives the song its hazy atmosphere: she knows the relationship has ended and still scans every room for a trace. The old love remains present precisely because it cannot be reached.

Marina Tadić’s pop-ballad delivery lets the chorus hover between nostalgia and self-deception. I found no substantial independent review of this song, so I won’t claim a wider response. “Ljubav stara” captures the strange labor of trying to feel okay after a breakup: the singer keeps looking for evidence that she has moved on, but every search leads back to the person she lost. The glass is a mirror as much as a drink, reflecting the past into the present.
