daj mi, daj
daj mi kraj
Daj mi daj,
daj mi daj!
Daj mi, daj
daj mi, daj
daj mi kraj
Daj mi, daj
daj mi kraj
Tu gde nekad sve je pocelo
tu, tu je sve i prestalo
tu sa leve strane kad zastane
tu sve krene, tu sve stane
Mi vise nismo isti
i nista nije kao pre
ljubav nam je ispod casti
a bas ona nedostaje

Pokrivam, a sve je vec otkriveno
sve se vidi, sve je ocigledno
krpim se, a srce mi rasiveno
bolje idi kad ti je svejedno
Gledas me a nista ne vidis
kasno je da nesto promenis
i ti dobro sve to znas
ali me ne ostavljas
Ko je kriv sad nije vazno
ko je tu pogresio
cutimo i to je lazno
a kraj, kraj bi sve resio

Daj mi kraj
“Daj mi kraj” (“Give Me an Ending”) takes a phrase that could sound like a request for closure and turns it into a rhythmic insistence. The opening repeats “give me an ending” until the words become less a sentence than a pulse. The lyric then looks back to the place where everything began and notices that the same place is where it stopped. Love has folded in on itself; the beginning and the ending occupy the same point.
That circular structure gives the song an unusual emotional texture. The narrator is not asking for a fresh start or a reconciliation. She wants the story to stop looping, to receive an ending clear enough to move beyond. Yet the refrain’s repetition keeps the singer inside the loop, making the desire for closure sound like something she has to ask for again and again. The song’s form performs the problem it names.
Marta Savić’s pop-folk performance is built for a forceful refrain, and the lyric’s economy makes that hook feel almost incantatory. Search results produced little substantial independent criticism of this track. “Daj mi kraj” is compelling because it understands that closure is not always something one can grant oneself on command. Sometimes the only available act is to name the need, repeat it, and hope that the place where the story began can also be the place where it finally stops.
