Ludo more

“Ludo more” (“Mad Sea”) begins in a harbor so calm it seems to suspend the night. The narrator watches the moon and imagines it sleeping in a woman’s hair, then gives himself over to a private sea that may carry him somewhere he cannot control. The coast is more than scenery: it becomes a mirror for the singer’s inner weather, shifting between stillness and longing. The song’s central metaphor lets love feel both beautiful and dangerous, like a current that can take a person farther than intended.

The lyric’s imagery is quieter than the title suggests. There is no storm at first, only a sleeping port and the question of what the night will bring. The singer chooses to drift rather than steer, giving the sea the power to carry him through uncertainty. That surrender can be heard as romantic openness or as a reluctance to decide what he wants. The song leaves the tension unresolved, allowing the listener to feel the pull of the water without knowing where the journey ends.
